SMART CAMPUS
The college has embraced the next generation linked campus—the future of higher education—by installing fibre optic internet throughout the whole campus. The management plans to introduce at least one smart class for each programme, which will be logically employed by the related personnel to instruct the students in the most recent methods for helping them learn about a given programme. Students studying the arts, business, and sciences will benefit from the installation of these smart classrooms.
Additionally, special language labs will be built for the benefit of students who wish to improve their communication skills and pronunciation of the English language. Students who choose to develop their soft skills, communication skills, and entrepreneurial skills during their extracurricular classes will use these language laboratories every day during the last session with the goal of making them employable.
A cloud-based RFID student ID card was recently implemented by the college, providing an automated Management Information System. From the time the students board our fleet of transportation until they arrive at the college, parents are informed "live." The WAVOO WAJEEHA MOBILE App has been created specifically for parents and students to utilise in order to communicate with the college's stakeholders. It is available for both Android and iOS platforms. From the time of enrolment until graduation, every individual student's information is digitally archived. This information includes college news, an events calendar, circulars, live online classes, and department-specific YouTube channels.
As an advanced feature, a student's attendance record is also sent to their parents via GPRS and SMS. Parents can thus be confident in their wards' safety, knowing that they have arrived safely at college. The RFID-based ID card is also used to gain access to the college library and to facilitate book borrowing.
