The main objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a multifaceted personality with academic excellence and a commitment to an egalitarian society. This scheme help to students development and improve their skills, including office and field work particularly typing, flyer making, cleaning and support in department library, caring for newly planted trees, among other tasks. It provides the students opportunities to develop their personality gain, technical skill and build entrepreneurial ability. Each student must put in between 15 hours of efforts in semester. An honorarium of Rs. 500 is offered by the management to students who labor under this program.

This initiative will have a positive impact on the students career. On the other hand students are earning some extra money, while on the other they are getting work experience and hands on training while studying; something that needs to be encouraged in our education system.
