Every department of our college conducts its Association Meeting at regular intervals or as decided by the Head of the Department in consultation with the Principal. In these meetings normally guest lectures are delivered by the experts invited from outside, and in some special cases training classes or workshops may also be arranged. Also, students have to be constantly motivated in such meetings to participate in the continual process of learning. Every department is expected to document such meetings and the same shall be submitted to the Principal periodically. Every Association Meeting features certain academic programs to encourage students’ participation. The students who have participated and demonstrated their academic talents impressively shall be honoured with certificates, prizes and in some cases cash awards by our college management.
